Yes! A driver that appears to allow USB floppy drives to work on Windows NT 4.0. Just make sure your BIOS/CMOS is set with Plug and Play OS = YES. I've tested this on several Windows NT4 SP6a Dells, IBMs and Everex computers. This driver was for the NEC Versa SXi laptop's external USB Floppy Drive.
