Additional Notes

This is a complete set of drivers to the Actiontec V.92 PCI Pro Modem that is not lucent chip based. They don't show this driver on their website. And some of the PM560LH drivers I found on this site don't work with the modem on Windows 98 SE. This one worked for me, so here it is.

How to Update Voice Modem Serial Wave Device Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
