This Packard Bell ISA FM Radio Card Driver is an original copy of 1994, AZI Labs with all the installer files & documentation from the original floppy disk when I purchased the original Packard Bell ISA FM Radio card that I still have. It has all OEM original and was zipped & created as a self-extracting file to a directory of your choice, using Ultimate Zip program.
