This executable creates the PCMCIA Card Services disk for IBM notebooks including the 2610 models (ThinkPad 345 CS, for instance) and 2618 (TP 350 series), among others until the 750 series. It's a DOS-Box program which needs only a clean floppy in drive A. Then you run the install program from your fresh diskette, and it will make the job and set up the startup files in DOS to load the drivers.
