Uploader Notes

The IBM site has drivers for bigger USB memory sticks.

1. extract files to a convenient directory (this is supposed to be self extracting but I had to manually extract the files)

2. insert the memory key

3. when the Install New Hardware Wizard prompts for a location point it to the directory that you put the files into.
