This driver uses a modified inf file to support Windows 2000 and XP. The inf file is in Disk1. What I found that helps Windows 2000 detect the NIC is to choose 3Com EtherLink III ISA (3c509/3c509b) in Legacy Mode. If it detects the card, then you'll have to set your IRQ settings for no conflicts. Hope this helps. I know it was a pain to find this! Good Luck!
