When unzipped this is driver file MSVBVM50.DLL and a README.TXT file explaining that MSVBVM50.DLL needs to be copied into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory of Windows 95/95B-OSR2 operating system BEFORE running LEXMARKFULL.EXE installation package for Lexmark Optra Series laser printers.

Without this file being copied in, installation will halt, and a message will be displayed saying that this required driver file is missing.

This only applies to Windows 95/95B-OSR2. This file already exists in Windows 98/98SE/ME and it is not necessary to copy into those OS's.
