	This is the Win9X/NT driver for the PC100 motherboard. The modem riser uses both the 6hkchn-33805-ms-e and 6hkchn-33805-m5-e FCC ID numbers. This is also known as the 5599LMR and BB599LMR motherboard. This in addition is the driver for the Davicom DM9102F chipset. It took a lot of work to find this driver, and I have tried to cross-reference it as much as possible.
