My ISP recently up-graded their system, which left my 56k modem in-compatable with their system, leaving me with slow connect's, disconnect's and no connect's, and at a connection speed of 33.6 bps. This driver took my connection speed up to 50,666 bps, and so far, everything is running smooth. E-mail me if you have questions or need help installing it. I will gladly help!
