After downloading this file, simply execute it, it will create a win 98 sub directory, then under control panel and add modem, windows will not find this driver automatically, but driver will load if you manually pick from the list and then specificy that win 98 directory that was created. This driver supports the new v92 system and works well in fact I uploaded the driver using my modem after getting my modem to work Best of Luck
