there are two files included here.the first zip (56kx2)has the drivers for the 56kx2 modem and the other zip (56kx2v90) is a firmware update for the 56kx2 modem to upgrade it to a v90, see the read me file.

the 56k drivers can be installed in the control panel, system window by clicking on the modem and properties. than clic on update drivers and let windows search or specify the folder (your preferance) and windows should find it and prompt you to install.
