I just pulled my true Winmodem out of computer and placed 56w-p in same isa slot. When it asked for drivers I first pointed to the "windows\inf\other" folder and then selected the US Robotics driver for my Winmodem model 568300. And I have tested on US Robotics bbs, and am while writing this message.
