This is for the NON-winmodem version of the new 3Com OEM 56K PCI modem. The 3Com modem part number is 3CP2977-OEM-50. 3Com also calls it the Hawk Condor??? Another number on the anti-static bag was MD-US-CONDOR56KFM/I. It worked perfectly.
