Uncompress the rar file to a temp folder. They follow describes what each file is for:

MT6227.zip is the sync'ing software. (May also contain the driver).

USB_Modem_Driver.zip is also the driver for the MT6227 phone.

MT6227_installation.pdf is the install guide.
