Unzip all files onto a floppy disk. If windows does not prompt for a driver, go to Control Panel --> Device Manager. In Other Devices (it will probably be here) double click on ? PCI EtherNet (or similar). Then in one of the tabs click update driver. Put the floppy in the drive, select Search for drivers, and check the 'Floppy Drive' for searching. It should load the driver automatically! )
