These guys suck. We had a customer who bought this camera off QVC and the drivers that installed of the CD-ROM were impossible to find (they are located in the C \windows\setup504 file if you are having the same problem) and even after we located this directory the drivers wouldn't load right. These are the updated drivers for the Camera, good luck getting them to take. If you go to their website they want you to write down the serial number and a lot of other stuff in order for them to E-MAIL the driver link to you! Punks...so in order to cut out the middle man, here is the driver that you need. If you need the actual link here you go...
