This is the only W2k driver for ALi Aladdin IV Chipset I found from the web site of AcerLabs (it was in 2000). Nowadays this one seems to be very hard to find, too. Note that in readme-file AcerLabs says that this is v1.00 but five years ago they said in their website that this is v1.00 BETA.
