Rockwell is now called Conexant, the independent Semiconductor Systems division. Same Modem, Different drivername.

Use the control panel to get to the system icon. Dblclk System and select device manager w/view by type selected and expand the modem by clk the plus infront of the modem. highlight the modem and pust the properties button. now push the new driver or update driver button. select the folder you unzipped the files to and let windows do it's thing. then restart your computer when prompted.
