I have this TV Card working on Windows 98SE though the drivers are designed for 3.1/95. They DON'T work on XP.

The chipset is the Avideo AV3001. The card has "J4EM101" printed on it. However, I've tried another download available here (www.video-drivers.com/drivers/46/46805.htm) that listed this same number but it didn't work with my card.

The software is TV Tuner-Lite Utilities version 4.1TE 040AAAC5. If you have XP you'll need to dual boot to 95 or 98.
