This is a no frills Windows ME boot disk used to enable just about any 4x or faster ide cd-type drive in DOS MODE. If you have NO Windows os installed and running, you cannot use this file to create the floppy disk since it's create with a program called WinImage. In other words this program will not launch and run from DOS... you must have Windows 95 or higher running to create this boot disk.
