Pine Tech is repackaging and distributing this, along with a (get this) Pine CD-R with software. I took off the Adobe Acrobat reader directory, added a few more copies of DScaler to comply with the GNU public licence, and zipped up the CD, and submitted it. They say XP works with it, just ignore the fact that the xp drivers aren't signed. At your own risk, I'm using it on a 98se machine, and haven't set it up yet. I also grabbed Dick's submission for the other version of the WaveWatcher, and it's different.
