This is the drivers for CM3x38. It says it is for Win9x. I installed it for a CMI8338 on W2K Pro, and it works great. The .INF file also list CMI8738, and the CMI8338A.
To install, click on "Have Disk" and point to the location where you decompressed it. GOOD LUCK.
