I got this direct from Creative Labs. The CT 4780 is not a retail product, which is why it doesn't feature on their web site. I simply downloaded it to my hard disc, RAN the file from the START MENU, and away it went! It first checked my system to find the sound card, then installed the driver correctly first time. I'm using this under Windows ME, but it should be OK with other OS as well. Good luck...
