Download the self-extracting file Askeymodem-584.exe, double-click on it to let it unpack, a folder C:\Necutils\Install\Modem will be created.
When finished, proceed as follows:
Click My Computer with the secondary mouse button and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
Click the Hardware tab, click the Device Manager tab.
Click Modems, then double-click the driver already listed (Serial Pci device detected by Windows 2000).
In the Modems Properties window, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard will appear, click the Next button.
Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended) and click Next.
Select Specify a location and click Browse...
Browse to the folder C:\Necutil
