This driver is one of those hard to find, very rare and diffult to obtain drivers. I got this one from Cirrus Logic directly. Took them 1 month to get it to me. But not its here for you to get instantly.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

unzip all the files onto a blank disk. Then go "start-control panel-settings." select the driver and select update driver. select "have disk" and enjoy. works great with my computer.
