Unzip this file to c \opti931 then go to control panel and then click have disk then go to the above folder and click on the .inf file that shows up. This driver is for the expert color opti931/933 chipset and will work for all windows platforms (im not sure if it will work for win2000 but it does work for nt4.0) you could try it for win2000 but dont hold me responsible if it doesnt work.
