This seems like an impossible driver to find. I found it on a canadian toshiba ftp. It is no where to be found on toshiba's main site. These are the drivers that worked for me, to get the PCMCIA slots to work with windows 95B.
If they don't work for you, try updating the bios of the laptop first, but they should work.
