Used on Etower 366is (Factory Replacement) modem. The driver is a Rockwell Generic. Modem only identified after trying to install original drivers from manufacturer's CD. Identified as a Conexant SoftK56 PCI modem. (Has conexant single chip)
Unzipped to folder in C , (Named Modem), Ran "Add New Hardware" Wizard, from Control Panel. Use "Select Location" "Browse" to locate folder. Works OK, no Countries showed up in selector box, just click "OK". Have Fun!
