Drivers only, not the software part.
The card was made for win95/98 with Dx6. I know nothing about programming etc, I simply guess, that windows 2000 should also be compatible with win98 cards+drivers, as win 98 for older cards from older setups. Maybe installing first win 98, installing cards+drivers, and then updating to win 2000 could help? Maybe Miro/Pinnacle has an update? I saw there were no dc10+ drivers at all at driverguide, so better something then nothing. Here it works fine on win98.
