This PS/2 mouse was marketed under a variety of names DCOM, Alphacom, Techlink or Tremon. The zip archive contains all the files including the setup utility (setup.exe) and the driver (Dmouse32.vxd) to install it under Windows 98. Make sure you don't have a conflicting mouse on the same port or using the same IRQ 12. You will probably need to remove it, or set up a separate hardware profile (see Microsoft's support site for more info on this).
