Management System (SDMS) 4.0 drivers from Symbios Logic for your

convenience. However, due to the change in the driver set, there are

errors in the "User's Manual". The brief descriptions for the driver

installation in the "Chapter 3 - Devices Drivers for DOS/Windows"

and "Chapter 4 - Other Device Drivers" have errors. Please follow the

"Appendix A" through "Appendix F" for the driver installation. Any

update driver information for each operating system will be placed in

the driver distribution diskette. For example, the "DOS.TXT" in the

"DOS" sub-directory of the distribution diskette contains the current

installation gui

The current v 4.02 BIOS does not support "OS/2" and "Novell Netware 4.xx

/ 3.xx" operating systems. For the DTC3130B-WIDE and DTC3130BW-ULTRA40

controllers, the user needs to change the BIOS to v 3.07 by flashing that

BIOS into the controller onboard flash RAM. The distribution diskette

contains "FLASH" subdirectory. Simply follow the "README.1ST" in that

directory to change the BIOS. For the DTC3130B-P&P controller, the user

needs to change the BIOS EPROM. It is available from the DTC technical
