I tried the rest, but this one really works! Running NT4 sp6a MS 5182 motherboard with ES 1371 on-board chip. Unzip, go to Cont Pnl/Multimedia/Devices/Audio Devices/Add tell it where you unzipped to Bob's your uncle!
