How do you see the drive model and firmware revision?

Click Start

Right click My Computer

Click Manage

In Computer Management screen click Storage in the left window pane

Click Libraries where you will see the removable drives

Right click TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-R6012 in the right window pane

Click Properties

Click Device Information tab

Read the line called Revision and check if it is 1N31 or 1M31
