I found this driver to work with the Belkin 3-button mouse enabling the middle button to work! When installing this driver, at setup, choose the setting at '3d' for this regular 3-button mouse. After re-booting, open 'browser mouse folder (or click on the 'u' shape icon)' and configure the settings for the middle button to 'double click' and the middle button will work! Use Windows Control Panel 'Mouse' to configure scrolling speeds and trails.
