I found that the most reliable way of installing them is to plug in the drive and let Win98 auto detect it. Then "Have Disk" and browse to these files. The only driver shown should be the USB to IDE Bridge. Let this Install and there you go!
You *will* need to use the REMOVE.EXE before unplugging the drive (Like XP/2000)
