I used this driver to get my Winbond 6692A based PCI card to work on win2000. The driver is a WDM -driver, to be used on Win98SE, Win ME, and Win2k. Found on the Dynalink homepage.
No hokuspokus to install, just select your device, upgrade driver, and select the location you've unpacked the drivers into (w2k -directory). Enjoy.
