Self-extracting ZIP should give two files
NETKLSI.INF and USB101ET.SYS These are from the Windows XP Pro CD - the inf has been slightly modified to recognise the 3COM VendorID and load the Kawasaki driver - I even annotated the changes -) Stick the two files in the location of your choice and choose the "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)" option.
