This is the MouseWare Control Centre Windows 95 Version (7.41). Unzip the file and run the setup program. (If you have a previous version of the Control Centre, remove that first. This version enables the use of mice with wheels on (m-s48 etc). I would recommend downloading and installing the mouseware version 8.23 drivers as well.
