After downloading the BIOS upgrade, either unzip it or extract it into an empty
directory. Boot up into DOS mode from windows 9x, by hitting (f8) before the " starting windows" banner comes on, you will get a mini menu choose " command line only" Navigate to this directory and run the BIOS program file Usually its "Awdflash.exe" however it could be another file with an *.exe extension, this file will ask you to input the BIOS name, this will always be *.bin file, input this name, then hit enter, you will be asked if you want to save your old BIOS by giving it a name, input a name then hit enter, your BIOS should proceed to flash at this point."
