This is what you need if you have a TView PCA10TV TV card. This card has 2 connectors where you would plug a monitor and should have a cable that came with it that looks like a piece of cable with monitor plugs on the ends (and 4 RCA, and one audio plug coming of one end).

Plug the end with all the RCA and audio cables coming out of it into the plug closest to the arial plug on TVIEW TV card, and the other end into your video card, then plug your monitor into the other plug on the TVIEW TV card. When you got that right just run the tv.exe file. Good luck.
