This setup will work with Windows 95 and 98, to use this file you will need a formated 3.5" Floppy Disk.

To set this up, just double click on the PC-Tel HSP 56000 D-F-V Modem Setup.exe file and it automatically points it to extracting to A \

Let it extract right to the disk itself!

Reboot your computer and when the hardware installation wizard finds your modem and ask's you what directory to look for the files just select the A \ floppy drive and your done.

THIS DOES WORK EVERYTIME!! and the modems are not junk! they do work very well as I am using it right now, and I hope whoever needs this file is pleased, Thanks
