Open the driver file and let it expand the archive. Right-click on 'My Computer' Click 'properties' Click the 'device manager' tab In Device Manager, you will have an unknown device Double-click the device. Click the 'reinstall driver' button Click 'search for a beter driver...' Click 'next' Click 'specify a location' In the box below 'specify a location' type this: C:\Dell\Util\Modem\PCTel Click 'next' Click 'next' again Click 'finish' That's all :)
