YOU SHOULD BE SURE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE FULL ACTIVATION DOWNLOAD.I HAD TO DOWNLOAD THE ACTIVATION TWICE TO GET EVERYTHING WORKING. I ALSO WENT TO THE CABLE CO TO GET THE DRIVER DISC. GOOD LUCK
