This is the Photodrive Scanner found in an HP Pavilion 7400 series housed in a 5.25 drive bay of the tower.
The HP part # is 5063-8038. The drive was OEM'ed by Storm Tech, who is bankrupt. Model# SD401C. After install, an error showed, but I continued install and drive worked fine. Good luck. Driver found here www.tele-net.net/storm/drivers.htm#EasyPhoto%20Drive
