This NIC (SOHOware Auto 10/100 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter) is distributed by @Home internet service distributors. Its OUI (Organizationally Unique Identifier) found on the sticker (on NIC) under the barcode (first six characters) is 0080c6 (which points to NATIONAL DATACOMM CORPORATION).
It's the original self extracting .zip file including four files (.nfo installation routine file, .cat security catalog signature file, readme file and .sys driver). The .INF file (included in this self extracting .zip file) seems to be poorly written, so it is impossible to install the driver from Device Manager. The only way to go is by using Add/Remove Hardware applet found in Control Panel.
