These are a pain to find because the descriptor mis leads u. They are for SM 56 which windows 98se identifies as "Win5602 Modem Line Interface Card". To install go to device mgr. remove modem or "other" shut down reboot and install drivers. U may have to remove modem in device mgr. AND remove the modem from the mother board. Reboot system without modem in. Then shut down install modem reboot install divers. Surf >)
