Download the file. Click on 2602_firmware_v120.exe. It will ask were you want to unzip the file to. Go to the folder that the file was unzipped (usually created in C:\2602_firmware_update unless otherwise directed). Read the text file in the folder and follow directions on how to update the SpeedStream 2602 router. I take no responsibility for incompetent or illiterate individuals. Do this at your own risk!
