After unzipping file and opening
the folder "ScanJet4s" you will see four folders. Open the folder "disk1" and run setup.exe. You will be asked to enter serial number of the product. Here it is F8GTAKBU0H (not letter "O").When installation from the folder "disk1" will be complete, you will be prompted to insert the next disk. Simply change "1" to "2" in the prompt and press ENTER. The same you should do with disks 3 and 4.Enjoy your scanner.
