If you have the sis 530 chipset, you will need to update to this ide driver to get the darn thing to work. It only took me two days of trial and error to figrue it out!!! I was ready to haul it back to the store. I also updated firmware to v 2.5 Good luck!!! If its still in the box take this piece of junk back.
