I found this driver incredibly hard to find. It is for the onboard Modem that fits directly onto the pins on the board (the early AMR days.) It will load the drivers for that modem where others fail! I guarentee it! A real headache saver for me! and hopefully it will serve you well too. For Chipset SiS 5595 (SiS 530 PC 100 board).
